Day of do nothing, sleep when I can, use tissue handkerchiefs, bring spare trashcan near my desk. Watch fail videos and russian dashcams. Do more of nothing. Haven't had such a good flu since last century. This one may take the whole weekend.

Donald died today - now Mića in Klincaid is the oldest surviving of Johana's offspring. He was a brave cat, regular street fighter, king of roofs and attics. This summer he had many bad scars, which all healed - he nearly lost an eye again but got away with it; the ugly gash on the neck behind an ear was very nasty but even that healed. However, he kept scratching a lot, and his fur stayed short from nose to shoulders, while the rest of him turned into the regular puffball. Until two days ago he had good appetite, was the main subscriber for milk, but that wasn't enough to keep him. Used up all nine.

Tried out the flash outside, to see how far it throws. Not bad. Also, no way to test the promised 60m, which is probably close to nothing and unusable. Still, I'm impressed with what this thingy can do. The distance for this one is between 10 and 15m. That's narrow beam, though (it zooms), but got almost the same result with the whole house. And it has more than enough light to shoot into the ceiling and get enough light at waist height.
