On sezam, 21st:

I came to a conclusion that Children's Week was organized by opposition.

Why? Because RTS would never sabotage something by government like it did on sunday, before the gnjavnik* with the children's week. The only thing that kids demand from RTS is cartoons, if possible new ones. Well, that's exactly what they got, and it was interrupted - cut off before its end. We weren't the only ones who had kids screaming about this, I've heard the same from several parents. We even had it good: daughter turned the TV off, so at least I didn't have to listen to that puppeteer rape of voice (though, the current set of actors are acting out far less and speak more normal than the previous; why do they insist on the academy that in puppet theatre normal voice is forbidden?), and for good measure I also avoided most of the gnjavnik and ads.

What is specially sleazy is what was the cartoon interrupted with: new version of ads, the election slide by DSS. Slide is actually cute (that plum with IT IS RIPE beneath).

The morale for the children: it is not the guy who miscalculated the time (bad rakija, perhaps?) who is to blame for the interruption. Blame the opposition, kids.

29th:

I bought milk yesterday, where it says "mlijeko", in croatian, in the packaging labeled for KIM - KarlovaĨka industrija mlijeka. On the top of the carton there was a stamp saying "mlekara n.sad 2.8". Leftover packaging, not to go to waste.

One day I took a mouse by the cable, let it hang like that, approached Milka from behind and slowly lowered that mouse a pedalj away from her face. How she jumped...
