More work for Ileš. Vanji generally didn't approve anyone of us working on the side, but he himself was sooo deep in various deals with him before (he was selling computers that Ileš got somewhere even while in DBA, and sold him his half of the house in Dalmatia, the other half remaining in hands of his brother-in-law), this time something about cable subscriptions and whatnot. We moved the computers to where his wife works, and she's a chief horticultural engineer in the former city parks and greenery, now privatized...
Meanwhile, Pali kept working on the cadres (aka HR) app in CD.
On oldwave we kept mentioning ELP and that was in waves, so in a roundabout path via Colosseum and Sting we came back to Tarkus... „That one record that exists in town made rounds through all of my gang, and I think I still know who has it now... I had it recorded on the tapedeck, which is completely out now, so it's as if I don't have it. I cannibalized the speakers out of the tapedeck, so I'm watching them around the monitor now. Boxes? Bought those ones for the freezer, transparent with purple tops, carved out (in?) a circle using a compass... and it beats better than some buyable boxes“.
