Something like butter except it's all different. Boil the milk, skim it. Bring to boil again, skim. As many times as there's something to skim. Salt the milk fat and let it sit overnight. Spread on bread or use for frying.

A similar recipe exists only in Columbia. Amazingly, there's imitation sold here, which is actually good, the technology is a miracle.

Later, wikipedia claimed a few other countries also have the same recipe. And I've seen some quite convincing fakes, though you can't fake it all the way. Only to an extent.
