Lena and Milan came for lunch. Them being presently unemployed, or rather self-employed (a little S corp each) but without a contract, they can do any day. They are presently negotiating on several sides, and doing job interviews left and right. The crazy shit that happens in the process is just unbelievable, putting that into a movie script would be rejected as too implausible. A guy from company A quits and goes to B, effectively sabotaging Lena's application at A, because he wants her to work not in his place at A, but rather with him at B.

She made a roast of three kinds of drumsticks - chicken, hen, pig. Everyone got what they liked :). Hens taste much better, chicken just... tastes like chicken.

Took them for a ride in the van, to Lalinski, to check the mail there. Should go there with the trimmer again, but the circular saw I got on it is not up to cutting accacia stirplings any more. I tried to sharpen it but it's not a knife, it needs those vidia tips, which are gone now. So... got to find new one. There wasn't much mail (that snails didn't eat... that's why they call it snail mail).

The decision on when will she go to visit Nina and help her pack and bring the kids here is still in the air. The old agency which found tickets for us previously had gone bad for a while, now they seem to be better - they did find some decent combination but then when it came to moving the flight dates for a week later, they never called back. The trouble is that it's a one-way ticket for all of them except Lena, but then they said she may need serbian passport when coming on one-way, as if anyone here cares whether you stay or not. But then another thing is that one of the girls has to be on Lena's ticket and... it gets complicated in just a couple of steps. So we wait.

Marinko has some silent suffering with Excel, it's too fucken slow. Whatever, it's m$, what did you expect. Extra points for treating only numbers above 1000 (formatted in american way as 1,939, or the european 1.939?) as numbers, the ones below as strings.

He even sent me an example of it. Yeah right, I'll test it on next saint never day, or maybe the day after when we all sober up.
