Lena came with Zlija. The guy doesn't look that bad, though he's all in the hipster fashion - thin social glasses (i.e. frames as you get for free by social security, which here includes health care too). I guess they came in the evening, because the shots I have were of 9:40, and the last shots the day before were of the new LED light that I inserted into that moving light above my desk. The old neon didn't last a year, and I didn't find a replacement, so I drilled a proper hole, inserted the outlet, and just plugged the LED in it. Had to take out the trafo from its base first, which was actually the hardest part.

In the afternoon, we poured the first step - remodeling the staircase at t he main door to be less steep and to kind of wind. It's still all in straight lines, but at an angle so to imitate a curve. The lowest step is so facing the path and not parallel to the house.

The concrete we mixed by hand, it's not worth the trouble to mount, wash, replace the mixer.

On 21st, took the gas bottle and the new gas rešo to Čankovo, so we stop making coffee in the unsafe chinese cooker, which cooks water by letting electricity flow straight through it - unplug before touching. Now with gas we'll be able to also cook a little - fry some eggs or cook a nylon soup (i.e. from a bag) etc.

For the butane/propane mix in use, you need to have a bottle. Since we didn't, we had to buy one - and it cost 4600 dinars, spanking new, without a scratch. Then we got a full bottle and gave the empty bottle in exchange, for just 1595 dinars.

By 23rd we had all three steps, now just wait for the concrete to set.
