The little prick with little knowledge, who probably took some evening courses about computers, and being useless at pretty much everything else, was made the chief of IT at the hospital. He would be a nasty adversary, having a lot to lose if his incompetence was exposed by us, but somehow we made him an ally, and he saw his chance in sticking with us (i.e. Szoftex) and eventually it was to everyone's advantage. And while he was slow to learn things, he knew how to be vocal with that knowledge and in the end was our man in the hospital, and the hospital was our biggest customer. Weird are the ways.
