On fourteenth Go's marks for the two exams from Alexandria, i.e. NoVa, arrived. She actually passed the exams in Richmond, but attended in NoVa, so the paperwork took a detour and took its time. She gave up on one of the exams there, didn't file a deferral on time, so it's an F, spoiling her average - all the other marks are straight ays. Also, Berix said I was approved to come aboard the eHosp project, and if everything passes as planned, they'd take me over and handle my green card, as she can't, the law simply didn't provide for such small shops. Which would mean they'd pay me to learn. There's a bunch of it to learn, the app is huge and 90% done, it takes three weeks to learn the ropes. Not to mention there's stuff to learn even before that, but then it's the constant on this job, there's always more stuff to learn.

As BeoTel is going down (not on its own, it's that the domestic banks are being dismantled), dad needs to pick a new provider, and thinks to switch to post office. My reply: „From my experience, the postmen weren't bad. During the bombing I had both the Blenotel* and the postmen, and they were about the same. GtNet, as much as I know, resells part of Blenotel's bandwidth, don't know if he invested in a better link meanwhile. LocusWeb is Mika Fišer, don't take that. Just look at Kojot [coyote] how R.V. from CompuWiz slammed him“.

Mohan and I are sort of trying to (... 5 words...), and engaged in some link exchange program. He'd send me a list of links, which I'd add to the links.html (not the main page, and that seems to have been a problem). The whole thing went nowhere, but we kept trying for a while.

Selling her jewelry on eBay also didn't budge, nobody's bidding. That is, someone put a bid to 99 cents, and the asking price was, IIRC, 20$.

Today we held a conference call - the guy from Brazil or Argentina, Cerylson Santos, he and me, plus a couple of voices in the background. I sort of remember they were in a room with him, somewhere in the NYC, or perhaps it was a three-way call with rest of the gang with Cerylson.

Gary's site has pogressed a lot, but there was not a theoretical chance that it would all work by the deadline, not with his songs for the asking (e.g. the sales and commerce in general, framing the posters with full choice of frames and sizes in the webpage, complete with preview of poster with the frame). And what's your deadline? I don't care, I have no contract so no deadline. Well let's look at the contract... here, thirtyfirst of june.

Ah then we can take a long break, all of us, there's no such date. Wow... look at it, really. How come nobody saw this?

Emailing with my folks, a story is mentioned of a tryst between Mika Fišer and Brlja's sister, when he was the chief of the AOP (automatska obrada podataka, aut. processing of data, aka erc) in the city hall, and how they crashed the office car returning from Kopaonik or Budva**, not too much sober. In a few weeks I should start working on eHosp, so I'll have to visit Berix for another training session on all things web. „I'll try to meet her father, to see if he'll get scared when he sees me“ - because he initially said, just by description, that I must be some terrorist.

Meanwhile, Mika Fišer became the acting CEO of the local newspaper, which is a part of the public communications and publishing enterprise at municipality (or was it county) level, i.e. includes also the radio, unrelated to him. Before that, his level was to be the chief of security of city hall. And dad says he did tame the staff there, all of a sudden they were all very polite. Previously, anyone entering the main door was a suspect.

And the trabant is kaputt again, and majstor Piksi is away for the weekend.
