majstor Mile is back in Čankovo, finally doing that fence. Just took the measurements and calculated the amount of iron poles, cement and gravel, which I bought on the way back. And paint, red. To counter the graphite mouse-fart gray fence being erected these days across from customs building, practically in (the theoretical) beginning of our street. Grey is everywhere these days, as if the worst version of socialism has returned.
In the afternoon went with Sanda and Nina to Lena, first time without Linda (and others). So we took the saxo, not the van. The turn signal is acting out these days, starts working after a while, when it's warm enough (or dry enough) in the cabin. But, other than that, it's as swift and nimble as it always was.
The reason for the trip was yet another fix to her braces - ever since this summer she's remodeling her upper jaw, and it's working, her overbite isn't quite gone, but at least she's not hitting her inside gums with her lower teeth. This time one of the pads, where the bar presses on a tooth, got unglued and fell out, so it was replaced. Though not too well, the replacement fell out the next day.
Lena and Milan were surprised to see us, she didn't see the message :). They were actually on a meeting, at their german job, but since that was something like fifth meeting that day, they just disengaged from it. She's not working on fridays, dedicating the time to finishing studies, and drawing/painting. She's more into comics side of it these days, and she'd probably be a good cartoon artist - if she'd just settle for far less money than she's making as a programmer. Maybe as a schoolbook illustrator? Not something she'd like to do at all. But she and Nina are thinking of something to do that they could sell over the media - in Roblox game or wherever. There's even something I wanted to do - make hundreds of small videos, where I'd tell a joke. I've accumulated a couple of thousand, and over time I'd probably be able to remember at least half of them :), it's just that I don't want to become famous. The channel should become famous, not my face, that is. So the girls told me that there's an app which has animated characters which would move with my voice, in sync, I'd just have to pick which one has the voice at what time. Hmmm... I'd have to see how that works.
