For some reason I had to pull my ID one of these days, and it turns out my photo is half missing. It was inkjet printed on plastic but no protective layer over it, so it just wore off. Someone official, at a counter, told me to go ask for a new one, they'll replace it for free because it's their error. For free, sure, except the wait. They still don't have any of those take-a-number things, you just lay your paperwork into a box and hope they go by some just order when they pick up the stack. Their waiting room is always full.
Scanned the old Id just to remember how it looked.
On Firriver front, fighting with date format when running in Chromium (on my VM Ubuntu 12 or whatever I had at the time).
The next day I went downtown to see where to do a change of chimney on the saxo, and... somewhere in the end where once the club was, don't remember why I went there at all, I spotted this, on the shop where I went in to ask. I simply had to shoot this. Didn't bring the Fujica so I pulled out the nokla, no matter, turned out right. I don't remember whether I posted the shot on ppp, but if the idea is crossing my mind now, then I probably did.
And this is no typo, many people pronounce the word exactly that way, the sign writer simply wrote as he spoke. I spoted the same error somewhere in the end near the once Trpeza, on a washer and stove repair shop. Perhaps the sign writer was the same one.
It's interesting, though, that the noun itself suffers fewer such errors, they don't say „orginal“, the i is preserved even in the slang „oriđiđi“ (oridyidyi, the origins (sic) I can't find now), but in the adjective it's very frequent, it's longer and lures the speaker to shorten it a little.
Raja is really sweet, he just learned to show his wide smile with the two pairs of teeth, I made at least a tensome shots of it. On twonysixth we staged a big bath for him, we all gathered around the bathtub. In parallel, Nina treated Lena's hair with something, probably the honey and egg pack.
