Meatballs, but rather patties, fried in a pan. Some bread goes into the mix, to hold it together. Properly done, they should be a bit crunchy on the edges. Ender can eat a sixpack for lunch, he's a true fan. I prefer to eat a couple for lunch, then one or two (up to four) within the next hour or two, instead of any cake.

Jan somehow had a hunch and called me while they sizzle in the pan, then got ears full of the sound and was immediately very hungry. Happened dozens of times, both in US and here.
