(App, Hungary)

The water lab analysis app, for the water utility in a couple of cities around. A small neat app where I had the form to enter data built from metadata, on the fly, and it would run in a resizable (and, IIRC, scrollable) window, one row per datum. The various analysi could be set up.

The funny part is the lab itself, in one of the nearby towns. At some point, when working on setting up one of the tests, I got thirsty. Well, water must be everywhere, this is the water lab, right? Then I noticed a sink on the other wall... and a big cluster of limestone created around the tiny leak on the faucet's base.

The only nuclear plant in the country is in the area. No wonder they put it near Danube, as the local water simply can't be used to flow through any machinery, it would calcify anything.

Once I went there with Ileš and we went for a fish čorba. Though he claims that north of the Délkút - Sezeged line there's no good čorba, he said this one wasn't bad. And the waiter gave a solemn oath that the fish was caught upstream from the power plant. Bad čorba? Not. Good? Neither. So-so.
