Raja had fun buzzing around
Finally the kids' birthday of Silvija. Held in some rođendaonica in Čurda, same kind of event as two years ago. Everyone was there of the usual crowd, including Dragan's parents, for whom it's five hours drive. So I finally got to drive the van again, after a whole month, and a first night ride too. Scouted the place via google's streetview, to gauge the parking space, and decided to get there fifteen minutes in advance, before the best slots are taken. There's more space in the yard, but hey, I'm a van and not as maneuverable.
Milena made a nice face when she saw the second twin. She maybe had heard that there was two of them, but forgot. Now seeing them up close was a kind of a shock, she looked so nicely confused.
Arpi is not looking too good, as if he suddenly aged a couple of years. The thing that got him into hospital was a second stroke, where he actually doesn't quite remember the first one.
His ex was around but we didn't meet much, nothing happened.
The cakes served were the usual synthetic bullshit, with spray painted replacement for artificial cream. Ate just a bit from one, from the bottom side. Had nuts, not bad.
Raja noticed that we weren't taking the road home. Had to explain that there are several roads and I picked one where I don't have to turn the van on a busy street in the middle of the night (i.e. around 20:20).
