Jan called today. Something about adding a new file to upFeds i.e. the setup builder's distribution, which he didn't quite understand where am I doing it.
The situation at Firriver is chaotic. There are only two fox programmers now, him and Norman. Das's gang presently counts five people (was four last time) and is about to grow to three more this week, two fox programmers and one SQL guy. Someone has to do all those hl7 routines... The Toronto office grew to fifteen people at some point. My impression that Ralph is running the show and David is second violin is not quite there, it's much more complicated and he can't... not on the phone (technically it's skype).
Second day of rain, finally. We had no winter and very very little precipitation (poor english doesn't call it in its own language, has to use damn latin).
Been to Vršac yesterday, yet another funeral. The other sister-by-uncle (Aleksandar's father was the older uncle) is now a widow. I complained to Žarko how this whole branch of family is just a nuisance, in the last nine years this is what, seventh or ninth funeral, I lost count, and there was only one wedding. Speaking about that, how's your sister. Ah, married and now has a girl, two months ago. And you said nothing! That's when he and his mom look at each other and "you didn't call to tell?". Um, right, both the marriage and birth... yeah, right.
