triper kombinacija

Triper is actually slang expression for gonnorhea. The "triper kombinacija" comes from the saying "...is [cumbersome enough] to get triper from".

Any complicated, convoluted and risk-prone plan can be called a triper kombinacija. Usually involves few extra people who may not be available when needed, props which may need to be borrowed, or fixed using borrowed or hard-to-find parts, or just a tight schedule with several places to cover in a hectic zig-zag line.

Many such plans are called so in advance; retroactively, only those which worked.
