A mechanical engineer, not too good of a programmer, but I was surprised to learn that he was the most popular among DBA's users. As Sale explained, he visits them and fixes bugs on the spot and charms the ladies and everybody's happy. Yeah, right, but he doesn't copy those fixes to his floppy and doesn't distribute them - he's fixing the same things over and over.
