The planks arrived as ordered, from the same lumberyard where we bought everything last year. We'll start building the hen coop soon.
On fourth dad decided to make apple rakija, so I went to that hardware shop on the big market and bought the chopper (or rather a gnasher). Took it to him, and we'll use it later. He already set a deal with a peasant on the little market, so I just took out the rear bench from the saxo, and managed to park it really close. The peasant was well versed in his work, so he picked a stall near the edge, made it easy. We stuffed the car as much as we could.
Then it turned out that even with the chopper it doesn't go quite easy, requires some strength that dad already ran out of, so I came the next day and mashed his apples.
Lena came on sunday (6th) because some statement paper doesn't have a valid by date, and the accountant said it can't be valid more than a month anyway, so they have to print a new one.
Game of the month was Gabriele's 2048. This was my best result so far, and I think I never repeated it. The amount of time required to stay concentrated was too much. It would be possible to build intuition, like I did with solitaire (and it took me 40+ years to finally get my success rate from 10% to above 50%), but then life is too short for two such games. Okay, three, I'm still playing bejewelled2 a lot.
At work, I see I uploaded a new database for some belgian clinic to the 2008 on Jan's server, probably a WIP conversion. The 2008 is the version of escuel server - we had to run three versions of it at all times. The 2000 was for SFBC and one more clinic, where the bureaucracy was dragging its feet and took years to release cash from its purse to buy a fresher one. Most of the other clinics were on 2005, few of the newer ones on 2008. It didn't matter that I had to run 2012 on zmajček, because only two clinics so far have it, but we'll have to think of that soon.
And at the same day, today, Suez noticed that b5.3.5.63 errors out on his laptop but works at customer's. The glitch was with escuel 2012, which he had on the laptop, so that's two of us so far, and this helped me find and fix the issue for .64, can't distribute sooner.
Since I'll be in the garden on friday, made a schedule with Geoff about who's dežurni when for the SMS messages. It's still producing half a dozen unsent ones about three times a week, which need to be resent manually.
On eighth we had a combined skype chat with Go and Nina, so we saw both Raja and Neša.
