In the afternoon Marinko asked why does he have to activate a page in a pageframe when setting focus to a control on it, why doesn't it go automatically. Well, it's a bug in fox, another one which will never be fixed. I had to do that in the pages for CAAR, SHET et al, when the user clicks on the validation errors list. The control with the field with wrong value should get focus then, and to do that I have to activate its page first - did that back in september 2008.
And I had to hook up to one of them belgian clinics, asked the six digit code from Jan's brother. They allow access only to those with that code, which changes every 20 minutes or so, and he has a gadget („token“) from them which generates the code in sync with their server. There's already a dozen such gadgets, and the poor devil needs to know which is which and be ready with it whenever anyone asks for it.
Along the way I confide to Jan that „you should tel Brigit that I was complaining to you, not to her, and eventually gave up... many errors in this conversion come from exactly the frustration. I've lost my nerves more times than I can remember“. The causes are in yesterday's chat, didn't repeat them.

Raja somehow managed to gather both waitresses and chat with them for at least fifteen minutes. Don't know what he did, but he had their full attention, they were like enchanted. Though, I remember that in the US I didn't find it strange that everybody spoke english - the weird thing was that the children spoke it too.
This will repeat. Don't know how he does it, but he attracts attention of female staff every time, I guess he triggers their maternal instinct at first sight.
When we finished the pizza and beers, we went inside to the playroom, to see that miracle for once. Previously, it felt like a kids-only space, for birthdays mostly - it's a fuckin rođendaonica, isn't it - but they didn't have any birthdays this time so we gave it a try.
There were other kids too, they had the entertanier girl, so we let him run around and spend the energy in the ball pit, and to climb the monkey rack as far as he can. Ender was mostly with him, Nina held Violet (produced another hundred photogenic faces) and I, of course, made more shots.
