The school newspaper of our gimnazija, where I was the editor for the year 1972/73. We published three issues. The first one was sort of too formal and official and had only a token article in Hungarian, although they should have one sixth of the space. The next issue (with my photos of her, Bosa, Tejka and Višnja) featured then too many articles in Hungarian, because that's when I got Vanji into the staff. Then for the third issue, I made a complete redesign (light blue instead of ochre as the 2nd color on front page, new logo that I designed and ran through my photo lab to separate the colors) and let in a firsthand witness article about a choir rehearsal, with lots of picturesque details... and I still won't say who wrote that one (and I should know, the article was my idea and I canvassed the author). Even in the impressum there was only "cooperating on this issue" and a list of names (without that one name), as a measure to hide the culprit(s). It made a bang.
The thing that didn't make a bang but caused the most typos to appear and be corrected in perhaps two iterations, was my translation of Tull's "Aqualung" (only the title song, not the whole album). I don't know how I got the lines at all, I know I didn't have the album yet, perhaps borrowed from someone (Pop?). The translation is something to be ashamed of now, but not then - it's the knowledge of some soubtle points in english which I lacked. And a couple of outright mistakes, but then the one dictionary I had wasn't up to decyphering the rock idiom.
