The other co-owner of Szoftex, the engineer behind the helm. Unfortunately, had to bend to Mihály's will too often. Basically, a decent and all around good guy, mostly silent, good sense of humor and organization (goes together, I guess).
When Szoftex bought its second car, an Opel Astra ('oshtro', locally), we were at the Gemenc, and Mihály drove it to us just to hand him the keys. It was supposed to be Vilmos's own car, as Mihály already had the Ford (which he then passed down to the hardware guys as a workhorse, when he got himself the Fiat Marengo). He just passed me the keys to his old Dacia to drive it to the office, because he had to go somewhere, guess the lunch was his due treat. The Dacia was blazing hot, after being parked in the sun for a few hours, but I made it. This is pretty much when I started getting respected for my ability to drive any old clunker.
