In 1995-6, Avai was renting two rooms in their smaller shop at my side of the river, and then went to rent a three times larger space in their central building on the other side, on top floor (2nd, aka 3rd if you count american way), with the partially slanted ceilings.
During the transition, they were cheated out of their property in several ways, just like every other successful enterprise, and their proud building now has ALL of its windows broken. Somebody wants it even more damaged, so it would devalue and be easier to sell.
